1. How long until I receive my order?
All our products are printed to order, this means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you. Our production time is up to 10 business days depends on the type of products. Check out more details below.
SHIPPING TIME: Our WHEELSWARD is made to order, so please allow 4 - 7 working days for production and as soon as it is fulfilled it will be shipped out. The standard shipping times (not including production time) are as below:
- US shipping time: 4 - 8 working days
- CA/UK/AU shipping time: 4 -8 working days
- International shipping time: 10 - 15 working days
2. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete addressed, is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final mile carrier, we will notify you by email. Once the package is delivered back to us, we will reship it to you. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
3. I placed several orders for different products but only some arrived, how come?
Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
Most of our items are shipped in the USA so the time difference between items arriving will be minimal.
4. What is the status of my order?
Most of our products are printed to order and will ship after production is finished which can take up to 10 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information
If the production time is past the 10 business days and you aren't able to track your order, please contact us at support@wheelsward.com for more support.
5. Can I track my package?
You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped that will include tracking information. so please keep an eye on your inbox.
6. Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?
Yes, we can send all shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses except for canvas prints.
7. I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 45 days for christian t-shirts, Christian wall art, phone case and 60 days for hooded blanket case after having ordered, contact one of our champs through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!
8. How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Checkout Page, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
